Personification Exercise (II-Acacia)

After the heavy storm on an island,
It seemed as if trouble scattered its seeds everywhere
People were panicking and didn't know what to do
Every inner eye thought of a possible solution
Everyone was expecting a new hope

Then finally, after the tragic event
The rainbow winked at me -
I am calmed.

Time flew by easily.
The door now waits for others to arrive.
But it seems that they forgot
where they shared timeless moments,
where I hear the rustling wind.
A leaf swings in the open hall
Longing for the laughter and learning
that echoed from years ago.

It feels as if the moon weeps every night,
watching the abandoned, vacant rooms,
missing every passing day and night -
farewell to the old school.

In a rusty old house
two kids came to play
and the door groaned as they entered

While the couch sat tightly in its place
the windows wove yells of surprise
pushing the little kids out in a fright.
